By accessing EazyProo, creating an account, placing an order, downloading an invoice, receiving a product key, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
EazyProo sells digital software licenses, product keys, activation-related information, and software-related digital products. Products are delivered digitally through email, order updates, and/or the customer account library. Some orders may require manual review or manual key delivery before the product becomes available.
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for making sure your checkout email is correct. Your account library may contain product keys, order history, invoices, and delivery information. Do not share account access with unauthorized users.
Before buying, review the product title, edition, license quantity, region, platform, activation requirements, and product description. Some software products may have device, operating system, regional, language, account, or activation restrictions. You are responsible for confirming that the product is suitable for your device and intended use before placing an order.
Orders are created when you complete checkout. Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. We may review orders for fraud prevention, payment verification, duplicate payment checks, chargeback risk, unusual activity, or security reasons. If an order fails, is cancelled, or is not captured successfully, products may remain in your cart and you may try again or contact support.
Digital delivery may be instant or manual depending on product availability, payment status, order risk checks, and license type. Delivery may include email confirmation, account library access, manual key entry by an administrator, or other secure delivery methods. A product is considered delivered when the key, license, or access instructions are made available to the account or checkout email used for the order.
You agree to use any software license or product key according to the product description and any applicable vendor, publisher, or platform terms. EazyProo is not responsible for misuse, unsupported devices, incorrect region selection, account bans caused by customer misuse, or failure to follow activation instructions.
Support can help with order delivery, account library access, invoices, activation errors, payment checks, duplicate payment concerns, and refund or replacement requests. Support may ask for screenshots, error messages, transaction IDs, order numbers, or other evidence needed to investigate the issue safely.
Refund and replacement rules are explained in our Refund Policy. Digital products may have limitations after delivery or reveal of a key. If a payment appears duplicated or pending, contact support before opening a bank dispute so we can review the transaction and avoid unnecessary delays.
You must not use the website for fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized chargebacks, scraping, automated attacks, resale without permission, false claims, account sharing abuse, attempts to bypass security, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access, cancel orders, or refuse service when misuse is detected.
We may update products, pricing, stock, pages, policies, checkout flows, account features, and support processes at any time. We try to keep information accurate, but errors can happen. If a pricing, stock, or product information error occurs, we may cancel or correct an order where legally allowed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazyProo is not liable for indirect losses, unsupported product usage, third-party platform decisions, payment provider delays, email delivery issues outside our control, or customer failure to follow activation instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
